MeeOpp B2C Refund Policy

All MeeOpp programs are backed by a satisfaction guarantee. If a program is not the right fit, customers may request a cancellation and refund for any unused 1-on-1 sessions at any time prior to program completion. No reason or supporting documentation is required.

Upon approval, refunds are issued in full for all unused sessions and returned via the original payment method, or an alternative method agreed upon in writing by both parties.
